What to write to us about

• Corrections. Spotted an outdated price, a mischaracterized study, a wrong certification, or a broken link? Tell us which entry and what's wrong. See our corrections policy for how we handle it.
• Privacy requests. Questions about your data, a request to see or delete what we hold on you (mainly your newsletter signup record), or anything covered in our Privacy Policy.
• Press. Journalists and researchers asking about our methodology, sourcing, or a specific entry.
• Brand and seller questions. If you represent a manufacturer or seller featured on this site and want to flag an inaccuracy or provide updated information (a new formula, a new price, a certification you can point us to in the certifier's own directory), we're glad to hear it.
• A trend we should look at. If you're seeing a health product suddenly everywhere and think it's worth us checking the label and the evidence, send us the name and where you're seeing it.

How fast we reply

We aim to reply within a few business days. We're a small editorial operation, not a support desk with staffed hours, so we're not able to promise a specific turnaround time or guarantee a same-day response.

What we can't help with

We are not able to give medical advice by email or phone — for anything about your own health or medications, please talk to a qualified clinician. We also can't provide order support: Health Trend Observer does not sell or ship any product, so we have no access to order records, shipping status, or refunds for anything you bought on Amazon or through a seller's own site.
