Shipping

We don't sell or ship any product. Your order, and its shipping, is between you and Amazon or the seller.

We're not the seller

Health Trend Observer is a content and review site, not a store. When you click an Amazon or direct-seller link on one of our entries and place an order, that order is fulfilled entirely by Amazon or by the seller — we never take payment, never handle inventory, and never touch the package. Shipping cost, carrier, delivery window, and any shipping guarantee are all set by whoever actually sold you the product, under their own terms, not ours.

What to check before you order

  • Current price and shipping cost at checkout. Prices we quote in an entry are marked with the date we saw them and can change; the number that matters is whatever appears at checkout.
  • Who's actually selling it. On Amazon, check whether the listing is "Sold by Amazon.com" or by a third-party marketplace seller — this affects who you'd contact if something goes wrong and sometimes affects Prime eligibility and delivery speed.
  • The estimated delivery window shown on the order page. Treat the delivery estimate at checkout as the real one, not any general timeframe mentioned in our entry.
  • Domestic vs. international shipping. If you're ordering from outside the seller's home country, check whether they ship there at all, and whether customs fees or import duties might apply — these are almost never included in the listed price.
  • Whether the item ships in discreet or standard packaging, if that matters to you — check the listing or ask the seller directly, since we don't have visibility into a seller's packaging practices.

After you order

Save your order confirmation and any tracking link the seller sends you — that's the fastest way to resolve a shipping question, and it's something only Amazon or the seller can look up, since we have no access to anyone's order or account records. If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact Amazon customer service (for Amazon orders) or the seller directly (for direct-seller orders) as a first step.

If an entry gets a shipping detail wrong

If you notice that something we wrote about a seller's shipping practices — cost, speed, countries served — is out of date or wrong, please let us know through our Contact page so we can correct it. See also our Returns page and our Affiliate Disclosure.
